The Mural

This year I enrolled in a class that was to paint a mural. We were commissioned by the school (Plymouth State), to paint a mural that somehow represented student life and the town of Plymouth NH. Our class was made up of three art students and the rest were theatre majors who had no experience with drawing or painting except for what they had taught themselves. It was an interesting journey that helped me to learn how to work collaboratively to complete a larger project. We split the class into groups, we each presented ideas for the mural, I ended up switching groups based on the subject matter, then designing a new idea for/with the second group.
